This policy explains how Donjai Media Plus Company Limited
(juristic person registration no. 0105557023991 — "the Company", "we"),
as the provider of the frdy Golf application,
collects, uses, and discloses your personal data in accordance with
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").
1. Data We Collect
Member account data — email address, display name, and a sign-in PIN
(the PIN is stored as a one-way hash; no one, including the Company, can read it back)
Package buyer and player data — full name, contact details,
handicap, competition flight, hole-by-hole scores, and tournament participation history
Profile photo — only if you choose to take or upload one
(the app requests camera/photo-library access solely for this purpose)
Technical usage data — system logs, request reference IDs,
an app-generated device identifier, app version, and feature-usage events,
used for security and service improvement — these logs never store your email
or secrets in readable form
Face ID / Touch ID: biometric authentication is processed
on your device by the operating system only —
the Company never receives, stores, or has any access to your biometric data.
2. How We Use Your Data
Creating and maintaining your member account, identity verification, and sign-in
Managing golf packages, round registration, score recording, and tournament rankings
Sending emails essential to the service, such as email-verification links,
PIN-reset links, and notifications about tournaments you take part in
Keeping the system secure, preventing misuse, and troubleshooting issues
Public leaderboards: player names, competition flights, and scores
may appear on publicly accessible tournament leaderboard pages.

3. Disclosure
The Company does not sell your personal data and the app carries
no third-party advertising. We disclose data only as necessary to our data processors:
Microsoft Azure — server and database infrastructure (Southeast Asia region)
Microsoft 365 — the Company's email delivery system
Apple App Store / Google Play — application distribution and updates
We may also disclose data where required by law or by a lawful order of a state authority.
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as you remain a member, or as long as necessary for the
purposes above. Once no longer needed, or upon your account-deletion request, we will
delete the data or render it non-identifiable, except where the law requires further retention.
5. Security
All data in transit is encrypted over HTTPS/TLS
PINs are stored as one-way hashes, and system keys are kept in Azure Key Vault
Data access is restricted to those who need it to operate the service
6. Your Rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to access, obtain a copy of, rectify, erase,
restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent,
and to data portability — by contacting us via the channel below.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Thailand's
Personal Data Protection Committee.
